Walter
F. Beran
Walter Beran is chairman of
Pacific Alliance Group, which primarily focuses on Asia-related business
transactions and relationships. He served as vice chairman and member
of Ernst & Whinney's (now Ernst & Young) Management Committee
for many years prior to his retirement. He has also served as chairman
of the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco and member
of the board of Arco Chemical Company and a wide variety of other boards.
He presently serves on the Board of Trustees of Eureka Mutual Funds, sponsored
by Sanwa Bank; Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc,; Ventas, Inc.; and others.
Mr. Beran's experience includes a wide range of other activities, past and present, including chairman of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce; chairman of the Greater Los Angeles United Way Campaign; chairman of the Board of Counselors, School of Business, Unviersity of Southern California; member of California World Trade Commission and the President's Export Council under President Reagan. He is currently secretary-treasurer and trustee of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation.
Daniel
R. Carter
Daniel Carter has had extensive experience in business consulting over
a wide range of international and domestic, private and public firms in
CEO, COO, and senior officer positions. His experience includes assisting
corporate boards with governance issues, bankruptcy, fraud, merger, and
acquisition. He has frequently served as a CEO coach. Prior to Mr. Carter's
consulting experience, he served in a variety of positions, including
that of CEO in the electronics/computer industry. Mr. Carter holds a BA
in Economics and Mathematics from Central Michigan University and has
completed graduate level study at Wayne State University.

L. Hathaway
Mr. Hathaway currently serves as managing partner of the Los Angeles office
of Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP. He is also a member of the Board of
Directors of Prudential Overall Supply in Irvine California. He serves
as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the University of California Berkeley
Foundation.
Jack
O. Vance, Ph.D.
Dr. Vance became the managing director of Management Research, Inc., a
management consulting firm, in 1990. From 1960 through 1989 he was a director
of McKinsey & Company, Inc., an international consulting firm. Prior
to that he served as managing director of the Los Angeles office of McKinsey
& Co. He became a member of the Hankin & Co. Board of Advisors
in 1998, and he currently serves as a director on the boards of International
Rectifier Corporation, Semtech Corporation, Mather Gabelli Fund, First
Consulting Group, the Olson Company, King's Seafood Company, and Atol
Holding Company.
